Welcome to Lorito
Turn your website and documents into a knowledge base, then deploy an AI agent that answers your visitors across every channel.
Lorito lets you launch an AI agent that answers your visitors' questions using your own content. You point it at your website (and optionally PDFs, text, or markdown), Lorito reads and indexes everything, and an agent with the persona you choose handles questions on your site around the clock.
How Lorito works
Everything in Lorito follows one simple flow:
Project → Agent → Channels
- A project is your knowledge base. It holds the content Lorito has learned about your business — your website and any files you add.
- An agent is the assistant that answers questions. It has a persona (a name and voice) and a set of instructions, and it draws its answers from the project's knowledge base.
- Channels are the places your agent appears — a chat widget on your website, an inline embed, or a hosted page on your own link. You set up your knowledge once and deploy the same agent to any of them.
When someone asks a question, the agent searches your knowledge base for the most relevant content and answers from it, so replies stay grounded in what you actually published.
Who it's for
Lorito is built for web agencies and small businesses. If you run a website and field the same visitor questions over and over — pricing, hours, services, "do you do X?" — Lorito turns the content you already have into an agent that answers them for you. Agencies can run a separate project for each client.
